Politique de remboursement
We are a London UK based small business and ship all our items by Royal Mail 1st Class Post untracked, unless tracking is paid for. This takes from 2-4 business days to arrive to addresses within the UK however is dependent on Royal Mail delivery services.
Delivery to countries outside the UK takes from 1-3 weeks for most countries including USA, Australia.
We keep most products in the festival collection in stock however please note some items may be shipped from our overseas warehouse if our London stock runs out, which can take 3 weeks. If you need your item urgently for a festival please ask.
If you require faster delivery please enquire about your specific item including size and colour to get an estimate on shipping time.
If your order contains more than 1 item please note that you may receive your order in multiple different parcels.
All Masks & Lash products are shipped from the UK and are kept in stock, are shipped within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail.
Items can be returned by post to our UK address for a full refund if the product is in new unused condition.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Returns will then be approved at the discretion of Luxe Festival Wear. The item must be received back at our return address within 14 days of receipt by the customer.
Return Postage to be paid by buyer and item to be posted within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Once received and inspected we will process your refund.
Upon receiving your item it will be inspected and the refund granted or denied. Items must be unworn and in new saleable condition. Any signs of wear including but not limited to odour or stains will mean the refund request is rejected and the customer must pay for the item to be sent back to them.
Masks & Lashes returns: All masks, magnetic lashes, and filter products are FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons and protection of customers.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received the product or the product is damaged on arrival, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the product for us to arrange a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including swimwear and all of our masks, lashes and filter products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Banks & credit card companies take 7-14 days to post a refund.
Gift with Purchase Refund Policy: Any items returned after receiving the free gift with purchase offer for orders over £100 cannot return for a refund, only a store credit note.
